For
all claims, there are a few basic procedures to follow to
ensure the claims are processed as efficiently as possible:
-
 |
All
known or potential incidents must be reported to Woodgates
immediately. |
 |
Reporting
of an incident or potential incident should not be delayed
because of estimates, invoices or other supporting documents
that are not immediately available. These can be provided
at a later date. |
 |
If
a completed claim form is required we will send this to
you. Please complete and return as a matter of urgency.
|
 |
Wherever
necessary the names and addresses of any independent witnesses
to an incident should be obtained. |
 |
Any
correspondence received from a Third Party or their representative
must be sent to us immediately and unanswered. |
 |
Please
do NOT enter into any discussions or correspondence about
the accident with a Third Party as this may prejudice
your and Insurers position. |
By completing
the brief details on the relevant claim notification below,
the claim staff at Woodgates and Partners will be able to
advise you further in how to proceed with your claim, send
you an Insurers claim form or, if appropriate, provide you
with an Insurers direct claim reporting telephone number.
Please
select the type of claim you wish to notify Woodgates of:
